A Fellow of the African Leadership Centre/King’s College London Peace & Security for African Women Programme, she has delivered transformative training across Nigeria, Rwanda, Zambia, Kenya, and Ethiopia. Kate is the Principal Consultant of Kate Ibeanusi Consulting Ltd, host of Unsilenced Voices That Matter, and author of The Total Woman — Becoming Her and We Keep Going. She founded Sheerah Verenda Full Life Initiative to protect vulnerable women and children and advance community-led solutions to gender-based violence in Nigeria.

A certified mediator, Benjamin has facilitated Alternative Dispute Resolution training at the Lagos State Multi-Door Courthouse, equipping both legal and non-legal practitioners with skills to resolve complex disputes. His trainees have included officials from the Ministries of Justice in Enugu, Jigawa, Kano, and Lagos States. He also holds broad expertise in corporate practice, commercial advisory, and civil litigation.

Benjamin currently consults for the Nigeria Maritime Safety Agency Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society Ltd, where he has secured landmark agreements between the Cooperative and its key stakeholders. He is a recognised public analyst and regular commentator on national issues across major television platforms.

As Board Chair, he provides strategic legal oversight and governance leadership to the organisation’s mission of protecting vulnerable women, children, and families.

Her career has been shaped by a conviction that organisations grow when their people do. As Assistant General Manager, Human Resources at Niger Delta Power Holding Company, Abuja, she led strategic talent management at the senior level of one of Nigeria’s most significant power sector institutions — aligning human capital with organisational purpose.

Currently based in Canada, Uche volunteers as Coordinator at Dress for Success Saskatoon, supporting women’s access to employment and professional development. Her expertise in talent development, organisational effectiveness, and women’s empowerment makes her a natural and valuable presence on the Sheerah Verenda Board.

With a career spanning the private sector, academia, and government, Dayo brings rare depth to the Sheerah Verenda Board. He served as State Chief of Protocol for Ondo State, Chairman of the Ondo State Scholarship Board — where he secured fully funded scholarships for 50 young indigenes — and Commissioner for Youth Development and Sports. Each role reflects a sustained commitment to developing people and amplifying voices that might otherwise go unheard.

As a published author, poet, and CEO of Liwat Creations Limited — with subsidiaries in publishing, training, and consultancy — Dayo brings to Sheerah Verenda a powerful combination of communications expertise, governance experience, and creative sensibility that strengthens the organisation’s voice, visibility, and impact.

She holds a Nigeria Certificate in Education in English and Secretarial Studies from the College of Education, Warri, and a Bachelor of Arts in English and Literary Studies from Delta State University, Abraka. After building her foundation across several organisations, she spent a decade as Secretary at Hi-Tech Construction Ltd., managing complex administrative operations within a demanding corporate environment before transitioning into private practice.

Her expertise spans office administration, records management, communication, coordination, and organisational support. Nkechi brings to the Sheerah Verenda Board the operational discipline and institutional memory that every growing organisation needs to function with integrity and consistency.

Academically grounded in Psychology and Global Health, and professionally certified in Project Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and Health Research, Godwin brings both the rigour to design effective programmes and the experience to deliver them. He has a strong track record in proposal writing, systems strengthening, advocacy, and cross-cultural coordination across diverse institutional contexts.

Known for his analytical precision and capacity to perform under pressure, he brings to the Sheerah Verenda Board the programme management expertise and accountability frameworks that strengthen the organisation’s ability to measure, report, and scale its impact.
